WALDEN POND

Documenting our Transcendentalist Mecca; this first set of photographs features my wife and I in Concord Massachusetts. In a true Thoreau-like fashion; an early morning stroll around Walden Pond transforms into a four-hour epic quest from subtle ripples on tranquil shores and lethargic beavers, to fairyland woods and landscapes of falling leaves. Just a few miles down the road, we venture to the center of old Concord where we tour the Orchard House (home of Louisa May Alcott and the inspiration for Little Women), The Concord Museum, and the home of The Magnificent Ralph Waldo Emerson.
